You can check on account balances, loan payments, interest rates and even make fund transfers from your phone, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our 24-hour account information line is available in both English and Spanish.
Instructions for using our 24-hour account information line:
Dial (888) 899-7225, (English & Spanish).
First time users:
Enter your member number, followed by the pound sign (#). Enter the last four digits of your social security number, followed by the pound sign. Enter your new password, followed by the pound sign (password must be between 4-10 numbers and cannot begin with 0.) Re-enter your new password to confirm. After your password is confirmed, you will be directed to the main menu where you may start conducting your business. When you are finished with the 24-hour account information line, simply hang up the phone.
Returning users:
Enter your member number followed by the pound sign. Enter the password which you created when first logging in (between 4-10 numbers.) If password is entered correctly, you will be directed to the main menu where you will be able to start conducting your business. When you have finished with the 24-hour account information line, simply hang up the home.
