Buena Park Debit Card Rewards Disclosure:

The Buena Park Debit Card Rewards program is automatically activated at no cost on all Center City Community Credit Union checking accounts in good standing. Members will earn $1 for every $25 spent on debit card point-of-sale “qualified transactions”* that are processed in the City of Buena Park, CA.

*Qualified Transactions must be posted to the member’s checking account and identifiable within the member’s checking account history. Qualified transactions must have the words “Buena Park”, “Buena Par”, “Buena Pa”, or “Buena P” stated within the transaction detail and/or transaction description posted in the member’s checking account history. Qualified transactions will be evaluated on a monthly calendar basis and, based on the “rewards calculation method”**, rewards credits will be posted to checking accounts effective the 1st day of the month following the month being evaluated, no later than the 10th day of the month. For example, qualified transactions within the calendar month of September will be evaluated and, as a result of the evaluation of the September transactions, any/all rewards credits will be posted to the member’s checking account effective October 1st, no later than October 10th.  The evaluation period of qualified transactions begins at the start of the 1st day of the calendar month and ends at the close of the last day of the calendar month. Qualified transactions will not be evaluated and/or accumulated across multiple and/or consecutive months. ATM Transactions are not qualified transactions and will not be evaluated for rewards.

**Rewards Calculation Method: The total dollar amount of qualified transactions will be divided by 25, then multiplied by 1, and rounded down to the nearest whole dollar.

Maximum Monthly Reward: The maximum monthly reward based on the evaluation of qualified transactions and rewards calculation method is $50 per month.

Change in Terms: Any/All changes to the Buena Park Debit Card Rewards program will be provided in-writing within the monthly checking account statement no less than 30 days prior to the change in terms effective date.
